And through my moments of Doubt and Faith
I hold in my heart the knowledge of who I really am
and why I have come here.
Awaiting the day when I can fully embrace this.
And to my true self,
I love you,
I'm sorry,
please forgive me,
thank you.

Running for Hope

For the past few days I have been going
out for jogs with my work out partners
Lady Gaga and Rihanna. FYI
Disco Heaven is the perfect Elliptical
Trainer song.

Any way,
I have found that running has stirred up
a lot of emotions in me. And last nights
excursion found me in an interesting
head space. My consciousness was
floating up in my head and I didn't
even realize that I was running.
I feel it today
though.

I also feel more at peace about the
worlds situation. All I can do is my
part and I have to let that be enough.
I am not helping the world by dwelling
in misery. I want to celebrate the beauty
that remains and not focus
on what is being lost.

I am so tired of watching television
and eating. I just want to move

Run
********************************************

*Anything!*

It feels so good to move, I feel so alive
when I am running. Summer is here
and I want to live. It feels like
the last few years of my life have
been a perpetual Winter.

Now is my time to shine.

And run.

Something Old Something New

Today I made another in a series of trips to the dump to rid myself of the acumen that has collected around me my whole life. My goal, to live a minimalist life.

It made me sad to see some of the things I had cherished be cut from my life. But I know it is for the best. Having it all in storage was just way too much clutter attached to me even though I couldn't see it. When I would go to storage and open it to see all that junk piled on top of memories It would actually make me feel waves of anger.

Seeing all the things that a lot of the other people around me were holding on to helped me to wake up and realize I would hold it forever if I didn't get rid of it.

It really made me think, as I tossed old junk into the bin at the dump, that at one point in my life I had most likely said about each and every item, "Wow I have to have this!"

And it had it's glory and then I had to rid my self of it. I know now that I will be very selective as to what I bring into my life. And in the future I will donate all that I am done with.

But for now if I don't ditch it in large quantities, I will never let it go.

Blessings to my release.
Thank you and in full faith, let it be done.

Namaste,
Jacob

George Harrison - Gopala Krishna

George Harrison sings Gopala Krishna. Almost a western Fusion sound. I loved it. Such Beautiful Imagery too.

Iris

I received a mountain bike today from a dear woman today and the moment I got home I put my helmet on and peddled off through the misty spring rain. My goal was to see as many Irises as I could. Such a majestic and exotic spring flower that I feared had finished for the year.

To my delight I saw many many Irises. Golden Maroon, Purple with White, Yellow, Pure White, they were all so beautiful.
The sounds of Celtic harps in my ears I peddled along the back hills of White Rock overlooking the beach. As the sun sparkled through the rain a Rainbow was cast over the ocean. I could even see its end landing right in the water.

I peddled past beautiful gardens as I explored back lanes that I had never been down, and I have lived here my whole life. There was a point on High street where I could see the end of the rainbow landing no more than 100 yards on to the beach below. An eagle flies over head. I wish I had a camera.

I rested in front of a rock garden after biking up a steep hill and watched the sun setting off the brilliant throws of clouds I felt in that moment complete and at one with the world around me.

For this I am truly Grateful.

Blessings and thank you to Iris, the goddess of Rainbows and to Iris the Flower.

Greens Power!

I recently purchased some nutritional supplements to aid in my physical health:

*Vega Powder
http://www.brendanbrazier.com/vega/index.html

*Enerex Greens
http://www.enerex.ca/products/greens_rx.htm

*Udo's oil
http://www26.netrition.com/udos_choice_page.html

It has almost been a week since I started taking them and I am impressed by the results. I have been having evening headaches for the last few days as the toxins and compacted/built up waste is leaving my body. I have noticed a difference in how I feel too. More alert. More energy. More moments of inner peace and contentment.

Once the headaches stop then I will start going to the gym again. And I would like to go back to Yoga. I have great plans for my physical body and I know I am on my way.

I just have to find the will to do my energetic exercises and super brain yoga every day. I know how good it is for me but for some reason I don't do it. Perhaps I am afraid of being healthier and stronger in that area? I don't know. Maybe I just need to start a routine.

I am grateful for all that I am surrounded by and all that I create.
Blessings to our health and the health of this planet.

Namaste.
